At Siena, we are aware of the necessity to rewrite, in dialogue and shared experience, a new way forward of transformational reconciliation and healing with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples that enshrines the ancient, sacred narrative of which we are a part. On National Sorry Day, we remember and reflect on the events in our country's history that led to the forced separation of Indigenous children from their families and the impact of those events on the Stolen Generation. ❤️💛🖤
